  I tried giving 0 stars but it would not let me. By far the rudest most inconsiderate employees I have ever dealt with. I've called four times in the last three weeks to see if I could be fit in and I was denied every time. I went into this "BUSY" store myself (mind you, they had two cars in the parking lot and two guys sitting on their butts inside) to be denied again! When I asked what I should do because their time frame of only between 9am-10am to get in doesn't work with my work schedule I was told "I don't know what to tell you" along with other rude choice phrases. I've been in customer service for over 15 years; and the way I was treated at this location, like I was an inconvenience to their lounging around was beyond appalling; and the management should be ashamed!! They were no help what so ever and I would of returned it on the spot if I hadn't received it as a gift. Save yourself the hassle and give your business to the Taylor location or just any other Mickey Shorr besides this one. After this encounter I went directly to their Taylor location and received exceptional customer service from them. (even though they were also busy with about 8 cars in their parking lot and could not do the work I was treated respectfully!) I don't dislike Mickey Shorr but the people working at the Lincoln Park location are giving your business a bad rep!

  Got a remote start for Christmas went 3 days after couldn't install too busy...first come first serve and no appointments or overnights went back new years eve was told it would be installed got called at 4:45 to come pick up my van but not installed was told by service manager I would receive 30.00 off price well... Right on receipt it said I would be back the next Saturday get there 7 people waiting in parking lot at 8 a.m. get in line go inside guy says can only do 5 remote starts had 2 guys call off I was 6th in line so... Went back today no one there literally no cars in lot 2bguys inside 1 on phone 1 on computer then they tell me it will be awhile and try to charge me more than original price like 80 bucks I left told them to shove it don't go there ever
